My name is Jailene Mazariegos and I am a graduate of Pepperdine's Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family program. I am a bilingual therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, or families struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and life/academic transitions.
I work from a psychodynamic and cognitive-behavior model. I also approach therapy from a non-judgemental, collaborative way in order to tailor to the needs of the client and allow them to explore different aspects of their life. Therapy can be a place where we can become "unstuck" from where we are in our life's path.
