Psychosocial Evaluations for Immigration Purposes

image98

I can provide assistance to individuals worried about their immigration issues through immigration evaluations for Asylum, Domestic Violence, U-VIsa, T-Visas, and Extreme Hardship waivers. I am able to work with your immigration lawyer or paralegal to provide these immigration evaluations to assist you in your immigration case. These psychosocial evaluations consist of 15-20 pages demonstrating the psychological and emotional impact of separating families through deportation or country re-location.

Types of Therapy

image99

I provide individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and apply behavioral strategies known and proven to be effective with children with behavioral challenges (i.e. tantrums and aggression). Therapy sessions are provided in English and Spanish. Therapy sessions can range from 1 hour (initial intake) to 50 minutes. I am a mobile therapist, which means I can conduct therapy in your home. I believe that therapy is about connecting with your therapist, establishing goals together, and feeling safe to discuss your struggles.

Who would benefit from therapy

image100

Honestly, anyone can benefit from mental health therapy but if you find yourself feeling alone, depressed, anxious, wondering about your life's purpose, struggling with different stages and phases in your life, need to process past childhood trauma, need assistance with your child or teen's behavior, then you have come to the right place. I am here to assist and provide my undivided attention to your needs. Together we will work on finding solutions, identifying common thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contributing to your symptoms, and provide a safe space to process lingering issues from the past, to help you stay in the moment, and to plan for the future.
